Iain Tall is a Naval Combat System Engineer with over 3 decades of Royal Navy experience. He retired from the RN in 2022 establishing Altarma Engineering Ltd and is currently providing independent engineering consultancy services to Navy Digital and Carbon60 Project Services. Iain is a former chair of the IMarEST Engine as a Weapon International Symposium and continues to sit on the symposium Technical Advisory Committee. A member of the IMarEST Naval Engineering Special Interest Group he has an interest in the future naval battlespace and its implications for platform and combat system design.
