Maritime Youth Forum 2025

A reflection on the Maritime Youth Forum 2025, which took place in Singapore in January.

The Joint Branch of RINA & IMarEST (Singapore) had the pleasure of attending the Maritime Youth Forum 2025, hosted by the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF).

This collaborative event with leading universities provided a valuable platform for industry experts and students to exchange ideas on the future of the maritime industry. A key highlight was a student-moderated panel discussion on "Navigating a World in Flux," exploring leadership in a dynamic global landscape.

We were delighted to witness the growing interest in our Youth Committee, led by Sarah Long and Tan Yong Kang, and share the benefits of joining professional bodies. Congratulations to SMF on a highly successful forum!
