22nd Annual General Meeting of The Joint Branch of RINA & IMarEST

On Friday 16th December 2022 The Joint Branch of RINA & IMarEST (Singapore) will hold its 22nd Annual General Meeting.


All members are invited to attend Online/In-Person for this event and to be involved with the Joint Branch.

Date: Friday, 16th December 2022 at 1830 hours

Venue: Singapore Polytechnic Graduates Guild (SPGG), Carnation Room (Level 3), 1010 Dover Road, Singapore 139658.

F&B: Buffet dinner and drinks

We encourage all members to register and attend this event and play a part in the Joint Branch.

This year a number of committee positions are open and elections will be carried out for these roles during the AGM. Any members who are interested in joining the committee should kindly complete the nomination form from the link below, along with proposer/seconded details and signatures, and sent by email to [email protected] before 9th December 2022. Please be advised that the forms do not need to be printed out and electronic signatures are acceptable.

All are welcome to volunteer their time and take part in serving the members of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology in Singapore.

Any members wishing to table any agenda item, are kindly reminded to send this to the Secretary, before 9 December 2022 (Constitution Cl 7.8) at following email [email protected].

2. Dress code: casual, no collarless T-shirts, no torn jeans, no bermudas, no sneakers / track shoes, no sports attire, no singlets and flip-flops.

2. Please register and attend the ZOOM meeting under your full name (as in NRIC/ID) and with same email as registered in Eventbrite.

3. Please be advised that AGM will be recorded both online and inhouse.

4. Please prepare your NRIC/ID - you will be required to present it upon attending the ZOOM meeting.

5. Further instruction about how attend the meeting and how arrange voting will be provided to registrants later.
