Not a member?

IMarEST membership is open to all, with a range of membership grades to choose from depending on your career level, experience, or interest. Our membership is complimentary for all marine students, apprentices and cadets.

Why should I join a SIG?

SIGs are a portal for members and organisations to discuss technical topics, network, and share knowledge, to the benefit of the sector.

Help shape international regulation and practices via intergovernmental organisations
Develop conferences and events
Produce position papers on relevant topics
Provide advice to those in the early stages of their careers

If a SIG covering your field of interest does not currently exist, we provide support for you to start your own.
