We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team, where you will playing a critical role in identifying, developing, and enhancing the value proposition of membership, via the products and services we offer.
You will be responsible for, among other duties;
- Playing a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding IMarEST member base
- Leading the team and Sales and Business Development function
- Managing comprehensive strategic plans for B2B and membership growth, membership propositions and their delivery
- Generating your own pipeline of leads and organising prospect meetings and acquiring new customers
- Supporting the growth of corporate relationships to increase the membership penetration and the influence and profile of the IMarEST across the marine sector
Business Development Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and organised Business Development Assistant to join the team, working alongside the Sales and Business Developement Manager to assist in identifying, developing and enhancing the value of IMarEST membership.
You will be responsible for, among other duties;
- Supporting comprehensive strategic plans for B2B and membership growth as well as corporate relationships to increase IMarEST influence in marine sector
- Helping to build and nurture a pipeline of leads and organising prospects meetings
- Contributing to the acquisition of new customers including advertising, networking, Special Interest Groups and routes to regulatory bodies, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts
