This event will look at the background to the concept and use of human error in the shipping industry, covering current error trends, the background to human error as a concept and some thoughts on its utility as a concept to shipping and contemporary alternatives.
This event will be held at Solent University, East Park Terrace, Southampton. It will also be live streamed on IMarEST TV if you can not attend in person.
