Introducing our new Future Leaders Forum aimed at supporting early career professionals as they move through the early stages of a career in the marine industry.
This event will:
- give a voice to young professionals to influence the agenda for a greener future
- discuss the challenges and solutions that will shape the future skills of the marine sector
- debate strategies to foster diversity, equity and inclusion
- gain perspectives from panel discussions and participate in smaller roundtable focus groups
The aims of the forum is to:
- Help young professionals develop a network of like-minded individuals
- Increase the visibility of a career in marine engineering, science and technology
- Encourage greater collaboration across the industry
- Connect the next generation of sector leaders
This will be a half day event open to the under 35s and culminating in a networking drinks reception.
