This is an important opportunity to have your say in the future direction of our branch and to hear about the accomplishments of the past year.

All members of the Institute have the privilege to attend the above meeting. Voting members (those
with membership at Associate, Member or Fellow level) only will be permitted to vote.
In order to allow all present the opportunity to make their contributions, each person present should
raise their comment when called upon by the Chair and take no more than two minutes. Further
comments or observations by others on the topic raised will be allowed additional time.
