Regarded as one of the UK’s top nautical institutions, Fleetwood Nautical Campus offers top-quality further and higher education and maritime apprenticeships.

Fleetwood Nautical Campus offers a wide range of maritime education and training including pathways from level 3 cadetship preparation qualifications, through officer cadetships and degree pathways in nautical science (deck), marine engineering and electro-technical disciplines, as well as preparation for senior officer certificates of competency. There are also blended (distance learning) routes to Certificates of Competency available via our Blended Learning Team. 

The associated practical safety and survival training that forms part of cadet training programmes is delivered by sister school Fleetwood Offshore Survival Centre. Fleetwood Nautical Campus and Fleetwood Offshore Survival Centre are co-located on a bespoke campus.

Cadets from Fleetwood Nautical Campus have won the Maritime and Coastguard Agency Officer Trainee of the Year award ten times in 17 years, an unrivalled achievement.
